The return itself was okay, but the refund took longer than I expected. the whole process kind of felt like it works when it wants to. It did get sorted in the end, just slower than I would’ve liked.

I ordered a hoodie and a tee from Obey, and they’re fine. The designs look good and the fit was pretty much what I expected, but the fabric feels thinner than I thought it would for the price. The hoodie is comfortable, I’ll give them that, but I’m not totally convinced it’s going to hold up after a bunch of washes. What annoyed me most was trying to get clear answers about sizing and materials, I got different info depending on who I asked, which was frustrating. Overall, not bad, just kind of average

The t-shirt was tighter than I thought a medium would be, especially around the shoulders. I do like the style, but the sizing feels a bit inconsistent, so I’d probably order again but I really wish the fit details were clearer so it doesn’t feel like a guessing game

I waited days for a reply and started wondering if I had missed something or contacted the wrong place, but I don’t think I did. The help I got was really lacking, and the whole customer service experience was disappointing

The package showed up later than I thought it would, which was a little frustrating. I always tend to track the shipping updates and look for the pattern in when things actually move, and this one just seemed to stall for a while. That said, once it arrived, everything was in good shape, so no complaints there.

I don’t know, it just doesn’t hit the same anymore. A lot of the shirts look like someone stuck a random logo on a plain tee and called it done. The colors feel dull too. It used to feel cooler, but now it’s just boring and somehow looks overpriced
